High crime area. There has been multiple vehicles stolen out of the parking lot and yet no extra security of any sort. Moving out and not recommending this place to anyone!

Maintenence has always been good, Edgar came in after his shift and fixed my heat before a deep freeze so I really appreciate that.

This apartment is fair at the very best and modest comment I can make. The area of course is not the safest but don't advertise a security patrol if they aren't even here.. ever I've been out and about at night and thru the day before and have never seen any patrol vehicles at all. People will come by and illegally dump trash off.. maintenance requests go ignored. I had to actually get a letter of demand and threaten to sue from a lawyer for them to fix our most basic appliance that should have been fixed prior to us moving in here . You can't sell a unit promising a/c heater and hot water. And none of those work. Staff is rude until you threaten them with legal action and show your not joking around. If you want something done here best to draft up a lawsuit for them to listen to anything. Lazy maintenance team that also behave the same way. Have had our door locks replaced 4 times within a year of living here cause they door knob doesn't stay together.. cheap and lazy.

One of their large trees fell down on three vehicles parked in the street last night. I looked at the tree on google street view and it's been dead for about 4 years. If they hadn't been negligent and removed this tree years ago when it died, this would have never happened.
