Don't live here! Maintenence is a joke and never fixes anything! Have had this issue with my heat for 3 years now and issue with my AC for 1.5 months now! And this isn't the first time I have had a issue with the ac or the heat! No one ever answer the phone! Even when you leave them a message they have never gotten back to me! The few times I have talk to them( going to them in person) they say they will give me a call with a resolution or what's the next step on what needs to be done next but that never happens. Would love it if I can get this issue resolved and some actual communication! 2 years ago this place was amazing, but now it's gone down hill!
Edit to add 08/01/25: this place is a scam and I still recommend NOT LIVING HERE! We have moved out and let me tell you my health has gotten so much better. The noise is absolutely ridiculous over there by cars and other neighbors, trash everywhere and maintenance on their phones doing a half a$$ job of blowing the hallways and stairs( I have multiple videos of this) dog poop everywhere. Bed bugs and roaches have made their way into the place we were living and their so called "pest control" didn't work at all even after multiple treatments. Even left my door unlock for 9 hours after a supposed "treatment" was done.The reason we got them is from a previous tenant below had multiple(10+) people who came from who knows were living in the 2 bedroom, and then decided to randomly leave, leaving all their stuff behind and keeping the doors and windows open, rotting food etc. The neighborhood is terrible and they leave the gates wide open so anything could happen to your personal property. But if you don't return the gate key they will charge you for it. Still never answer phone calls, and barley communicat back with emails. Ac of course stopped working once again, who knows if the heat will work again. Blinds never got repaired, bath tub never got repaired, toilets never got repaired, counter top never got repaired, etc.They mark off things saying that they were fixed when they never got fixed! I have loads of videos pictures and documents showing proof that this place is absolutely terrible and needs to be shut down! DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Security properties either needs to contact me, or I will be taking other legal actions to settle this!
