This is a horrible place to live. There's asbestos in the building material as stated on the lease but moreover fiberglass that has been exposed to our whole apartment and contaminated our personal belongings. Maintenance and the leasing office won't do a thing and they are beyond negligent! They couldn't even provide us any air filters or a temporary unit to stay at! Worst apartment I have ever been to, Lord be my witness.

(Translated by Google) It's been over six months and this complex still hasn't opened its pool. We moved here precisely because of this; other places have had their pools open for over two months and here nothing. This place is expensive and we can't even use the recreational areas for the children. Not to mention that we've been reporting the washing machine leaking water for over three weeks and no one has even come to look at it. This place is not recommended.

(Translated by Google) It turns out that in May of this year I renewed my lease and then they changed management. Now, nothing is showing up on the records, they're overcharging me, and when I go to the office, they tell me to call or email the management company. My question is, why do I have to call the management company if I'm showing them my renewal email on time and correctly? What's the point of the office staff if I, as the client, am the one who has to manage everything? If the previous management wasn't working, this one is even less so. I don't know, but I think that if they changed management, they're the ones who should be keeping track of everything the old management left behind. I'm going through the legal channels, and anyone else renting here should be very careful with the new management company.

- We didn't have HEAT or HOT WATER for three weeks. We had to call the energy company ourselves for an update, which we then had to relay to the office OURSELVES. Communication was slow and phone calls went unanswered on the situation. We were also not informed by management that this issue canceled our account with the energy company, and we were then surprised with an almost $300 'vacancy fee' bill from the complex. - Our dishwasher flooded our apartment only a few weeks after moving in. Downstairs neighbor had to call the fire department due to emergency maintenance not answering. Maintenance eventually came to "fix it", said to just run it. We never used it for our dishes, as there was always a smelly, yellow backup of water on the bottom. - Pool was almost always closed due to vandalism/theft, trash, or broken glass thrown into the pool or on the deck. Pool was once open for only four days before being closed until further notice. - Washing machine broke twice and both times took TWO MONTHS to fix, with little to no updates, and no compensation for laundromat costs. - People fixing broken cars in the parking lot, taking up multiple spaces at a time. Meanwhile, you have to pay monthly for parking or you could get towed! - Would be given sudden written notice for apartment inspections. Around 5-10 notices in one year. Told to put away pets and remove everything from under every sink. Given a 8AM-5PM window of time for them to show up. Then, no one would, with no explanation. Then, another notice, and the same thing would happen! - My car was broken into for the first time in my life living here. Management didn't care. Neighbors threatened us over an issue with a different resident. Cops always patrolling. "Security" does nothing. I could go on, but I chose the most important things to mention. I've lived in apartments my entire life and have never had such a bad experience. I've lived in cities worse than Aurora. It's the neighborhood, the complex, and management negligence and apathy. I highly suggest that anyone move elsewhere.

My heater wasn't keeping up to temp with my newborn baby in the home, I talked to Paul and he was able to get a crew out to take a look at the furnace within the hour and get it replaced the next day. Shout out to Paul!
